Obviously you would never order these from Paris, but wouldn't something like this be beautiful? In a wedding, or just in general. You could have them for every themed party you could think of!

Cool Lights!
Isn't this website amazing? Granted, it's in French. But it's this French light boutique where you can choose whatever color lanterns you want in any quantity to make your own unique garlands! And they are the sturdy kind, no paper. The possibilities are endless! Look under the "garlands" tab. Incredible.
